élastique bug with audio levels

I've run into a bug converting projects from 23.967fps to 24.000fps for DCP. When speeding up audio, élastique alters the levels by increasing the whole file by around 10db. Classic Timestretch or stretch in Sound Forge does not do this. Confirmed on two different machines with Vegas 10d - both 32 and 64 bit versions.

Does both on render, playback and "copy to" additional take as well as render to new track. Is this a confirmed or known bug? Don't see it listed via search.
