Subject:Remember Last Settings VST-plugins

Hi all,

I run Win XP and Sound Forge 10c does not remember the last VST plugin settings such as PSP and Waves.
So the Repeat function does not work either.
Nobody knows what's wrong?

FWIW, same behavior in Vista. I would suspect the same in Win 7.
