Build 91 - Uninstall first?

Do I understand correctly that I have to completely uninstall my previous version of VideoFactory 2.0a (build 90) before I can install build 91? Does that mean I loose all of my settings and everything? What's the reason for that? I didn't have to uninstall when I installed build 90.

It is not required to uninstall the previous version but it is reccomended.

Actually, it would not allow me to install the 2.0a build 91 version. I got a message box saying to uninstall the previous version first (which was also 2.0a build 90) because this version could not be installed over the older one.

I have received email from Ivan for the fix in 91 though. Thanks Much.

No, it was the fix that brought build 90 to build 91.

You would uninstall video factory through your control panel, however, if you didn't get a message saying you had to do it, don't worry about it.

Unfortunately, it said I had to..... so I will uninstall VD 2.0....reinstall it, then add the new build. (SIGH!!!)
