Subject:CD Tracks vs .wav files . .

Hi All, I just spent a lot of time chasing an intermittent noise between tracks that could have been avoided had I read the help available with my CD-Burning prog, CDRWin. The problem was caused by my using separate .wav files for tracks that were part of a medley, eg 4 tunes from a "South Pacific" medley, no fade-in-out between. What I should have done was create a single .wav file, and use 4 index points. In the help file it states that "if a file ends on other than 2052 byte boundary, the balance of the frame is blank filled, which could be up to 1/75th sec." By changing all of the non-fade-in-out tracks as described above, all glitches are gone ! Not that there were that many, only a couple, which made it so maddening. Hope this helps someone else.
