There are a little BLANK SPACE after converting (saving) from WAW to MP3 ... WHY and how to remove that and save file from WAW to MP3 without that BLANK SPACE on start and end...?

Unfortunately, you can't. It's part of the MP3 process, and is intentional.

This is correct. We use the Fraunhofer codec, and it does place a small amount of silence at the beginning and end of a file.

To further clarify. MP3 encoding is frame based. So for example if you have an audio file that is four minutes and thirty two seconds long and the encoder reaches the end of the audio within the file but it is not at the end of a frame it will fill the frame out with nulls. This translates to silence. This is probably an over simplification but it illustrates the point.
