This folder may be on a drive other than C:\ depending upon where the program was installed. 2. Locate a file called "acid.cab". It may be called "acid" if your file extensions are not showing. 3. Double-click on acid.cab. Within acid.cab, there are many files. The files you're looking for are "acid.hlp" and "acid.chm". 4. Place "acid.hlp" and "acid.chm" into "C:\Program Files\Sonic Foundry\Help Files" and "C:\Program Files\Shared Plug-Ins\Help Files. Again, these folders may be on a different drive depending on where the program was installed. Ted

Hello,
