Subject:Help! SF won't run

Played with some telephony software last night, now SF won't start. Nothing. Have re-installed twice with no luck. Changed sub-directory..nothing
Suggestions?

Weird. Did you uninstall and then reinstall, or just reinstall over the top of a previous version? I'd suggest the uninstall/reinstall. Also, if you're running 98SE or Me, close all background applications by simultaneously pressing Control+Alt+Delete keys. This will bring up a Close Programs window. You should "end task" on all running apps, except for Explorer and Systray. If that doesn't help, contact Technical Support, and we'll help you out.

If you have windows me or win98,go into control panel and open sounds properties to voice tab and run voice test'this should correct your sound problems.Had same problems with my input devices such as my home studio and mic inputs
