Subject:Quantizing and Timing

After I have laid my instrumental track, I lay my vocals on the following tracks. The problem is that the timing of the vocals are a little behind the instrumental track. How do I correct this issue?

Audio interface used?

You'll want to use ASIO drivers when possible.
