Hi, I'm having a problem I detailed in another thread: http://www.sonycreativesoftware.com/forums/ShowMessage.asp?MessageID=749920&Replies=10 I'm in a bit of a hurry to resolve the issue because I have a large project that has to be compoleted by April 1, 2011. I'm still hopeful to find a solution here and have been poking around on other sites as well. But since time is of the essence I'm wondering if anyone has has experience with purchasing a support plan? I'm considering buying the 60 day phone support plan. I have some limited technical ability but am thinking having someone to walk me through a solution would be helpful...especially if I have to get into a clean install and do some reistry editing etc. I hate to screw up my new computer! : / Anyway I'm interested in hearing if anyone else has bought a support plan and what your experinece was like. The great news is that Peter (SonyPCH) resolved my question in the other thread so it looks like I won't be needing to spend any $$ on a plan! Thanks again Peter! |
