Subject:SF10: Maximze Window

I prefer all of my data windows to be maximized all the time, yet creating/opening a file doesn't always do this. Some of them will open cascaded and some won't. It seems to happen intermittently and randomly.

Mine always remembers 'last used' re full-screen or cascaded, except if minimised where it reverts to the default 'cascaded' size for new.
