It's in pro 7 qiuck start maual.And when you say" two instances"of acid pro running does that mean two versions of Acid pro ?Because ive tryed eveything as the manual indicates and I got nadda.But I couldent find it in the download manual version but on page 44 in the actual book.Top of page right above"adjusting the mix" title. Thanks Marc.

By two instances I mean run ACID twice at the same time.

Start ACID, load your project.
Leave ACID running, minimize it.
Start ACID again.

You now have two instances of ACID running.

You can copy and paste tracks between them.

Select the track(s) you want to copy (ctrl-c) in the first ACID.

alt-tab to the second instance, and paste (ctrl-v)
