Sony has never told us when an update is going to be released.
Since it's been quite some some time since 10.0c, my hope is that they're working to squash ALL the bugs that have been reported.

Sony new marketing model.

Charge a fee for technical support to fix their poorly developed programs.

It cheaper them outsourcing to India or China

I try to open a support ticket, they would not take it, to find out why so many crashes.

Sony want you pay for a support ticket to fix their problem of very bad software, if their take it.

Frog, if you'd rather pay $2-3K for software with "free" support, I suppose you could be accommodated.

I won't jump on the Sony-bashing bandwagon, but I submitted a ticket back on February 28 about a problem that clearly is not my fault. I have yet to receive a reply. I imagine they're very busy, but still this is too long no matter what the software costs.

That was my favorite song but I don't recall that kind of out of tune tinkling sound in the versions I heard in 1957.

The way I see it Sony is getting no money for Vegas 11 from me. I suggest we all do the same. The title bugs get me the most. I need to make simple title animation and the PTT sucks at it. In FACT the PTT is worse NOW than EVER!!! WTF!!!

SONY FIX THE PTT ASAP!!! And make it BETTER!

I use AE and Premiere and titling is a breeze, so I know it is not an impossibility.

What a surprise - a negative post from Dreamline!

Do yourself a favour mate - use your beloved Premiere all the time, get rid of Vegas, and be happy.

I can't understand why someone so young and so vibrant has so much trouble finding the door out of here.
