Subject:Unwanted Echo in Real Audio conversion - Help Please

Howdy,

When I convert a studio-mastered narrative (male voice) into a REAL file, it picks up a very distracting echo. This echo seems to occur regardless of quality or compressor settings. The echo does not occur when saved as any other format (MP3, WAV, etc).

How can I save a narrative as REAL without an echo?
