I have printed thousands of CD/dvd´s on my Canon Pixma IP4200.
Canons layout-program CD-label print is simpel but does its job
but I can only get it to function on my old XP laptop.
Have downloaded the latest version said to be for Win7 but it don´t work.
Anyone using this program with win 7/64 - please tell me how.

had the same problem - downloaded ALL the setup / utility print progs from canon - installed all, it then worked. installing it alone didn't.

Also using the Canon CD label print program with Win 7/64. I didn't realize there was a problem, but perhaps it's because I did the same as Ushere... went to the Canon website and downloaded/installed all the print programs. Works fine.

I notice that there is no Win 7 driver on the Canon site for my printer (iP5000) but a printer driver add-on module. Perhaps that is necessary to use CD-label print with Win 7.

I have it (version 1.4.1) running fine on win7 - 64
It came supplied with my MG5220 and it installed and worked fine with no special treatment.

Thanks for all input - I downloaded and installed everything i could find for
Canon Pixma 4200 win7/64 (there were 5 exe-files) - but still the same
When I start CD-label program there is some activity (timeglass)
but then nothing happens.
The printer is working OK in win7/64.
I have a canon scanner installed with all its programs maybe there is a conflict
between them.
I guess i have to go on with my old XP-laptop.
Thanks for all input again

This certainly won't help your problem, and it has been discussed many times here. But, I strongly suggest you use disc to which you can print directly and not use labels. They can cause a multitude of problems.
