Subject:Track FXs in SF5

I found the three TRACK DirectX FXs: Compressor, EQ and Noise Gate quite useful in the SF5. The problem is, in order to get them you need to have VegasLe (or other Vegas) also installed in your PC. Since they are part of the same XFX1, XFX2 and XFX3 packages, shouldn't we get those three FXs without need for Vegas?
I know Vegas is great to have, but I am not doing multitrack recordings in the PC, only the final stereo mastering...
If anyone knows how to activate these FXs without Vegas please let us know how.
