Subject:Acid RAM limit?

Does Acid 7 Pro have a RAM limit? I have 8GB of RAM but the memory usage window at the bottom only shows 4GB (4096). I'm running Win7, 64-bit, i7.

ACID Pro 7 being a 32bit app will only see and be able to use about 2GB of available RAM.
The upcoming version 8, later this year, should fix that.

I'll be glad when it won't be too expensive to have 128GB of RAM on the motherboard so as to completely load the OS, the app and a sizable chunk of user data and not have to use a HD, whether it be mechanical or SSD.
