Subject:Two Questions...Please Help

Question 1 :
On the Wave tab (Options>Preferences>Wave) there is the parameter "Try to open 24-bit" .
There is no reference in on-line help about this parameter. Can someone tell me something about this parameter?

Question 2 :
If I check the "Interpolate play position for inaccurate devices" is there any possibility to be necessary to specify offset value by using "Play position bias" parameter?
