First of all, I dont understand the lack of feedback from SF.

Yesterday, I spoke to SF Tech Support about these problems with the upgrade. One suggestion, that I havent tried yet is that crashes may be ocurring in projects that were originally started in earlier versions of Acid, such as Acid Music 2.0. SF suggested that, I open up my crashing project on Acid3, then without closing, open up another Acid3 blank project, and copy all tracks of original project onto blank project. In this way, supposedly, you will purge your project of any links it may have to previous versions of Acid. Something to do with the architecture of the software.Im gonna try it tonight.

I'm not sure I understand your post.
You say lack of feedback, but you spoke to them yesterday and they gave you a possible remedy that you will try tonight. That's pretty fast!
Also, taking into consideration all the different platforms we have, and all the different software on our computers, I sure wouldn't like to try and resolve issues over the phone or e-mail.
I think maybe allowing some time for them to help us with our various bugs isn't too much to ask. (yes, I know it's frustrating!)

Later...
