Batch Convert won't overwrite files -Sound Forge - PC

If I run a batch, then decide to rerun it, I have to delete the output files to write the new ones. If I don't delete them, the old ones remain intact. This also seems to happen when I select "Same as source file." It also appears that some of the plug-ins do not work in Batch Converter, or do not work in the way they do in SF5. Is this because they do not run in the same order? I've seen "prescan pass 1" and "prescan pass 2" run before "converted," which makes me wonder.
