Subject:Wavehamer/Dither plugins

I guess I'm just dense. But, how do you use the Wavehammer or dither plugin to create a new version of the file. When I run it on say a "48K x 24 bit" file even after I run dither the editor still says it's "48K x 24bit" even though I wanted to dither it to 16 bits. I know I'm just missing something.

Try going into process and resample the .wav file.

I can reprocess and resample all day long. But... if I want to use a dither plugin? Such as L1, SF Dither or Wavehammer that has more options? How can I apply those. I have the feeling there is something I've missed.
