What is the new plug that has silouette?

I recall seeing (but can't find) this preset on one of the plugins that came with or very popular.

I am not sure but you might be referring to brightness and contrast fx to create a silhouette to create a mask

But the best would be secondary color corrector..select mask and set your highs and lows

There is an effect that I out on that created a vignette-not silhouette. Has anybody seen it?

Soft Contrast has vignette.
