Can Sound Forge XP 4.5 create mp3 files. I don't see it. If no, what can I do?

You'll have to install the update for Sound Forge XP before you can save in mp3 format. Once you do, just register the plug-in and you will now be able to save in mp3 format. The update can be downloaded from the following link:
