Divx Plus files, they won't load

I dl a DivX PLUS video, but when I try to upload it into my Vegas 9.0 it say's AN ERROR OCCURED, and it will not load it.

How can I get it to work? PLEASE someone help me, is there a plug-in I need to dl? I'm desperate to make this one work.

Third time you have posted the same question?

Sony apps do not natively support Divx/Xvid. Period.
You "may" have some success by installing a Divx for VFW codec.
But you are entirely on your own.
