Subject:get media

I click the get media button, and a window pops up that says Acid did not setect an internet connection. I am connected through a DSL. Where do I change my options so Acid will detect this?

Get in contact with email support. I have the same problem. It's very annoying and they are still investigating my problem. If I get a solution I'll post it here.

I had the very same problem. I have a DSL connection
and using "Get Media" and also trying to play media files from AcidPlanet.com, I would get the same error
messages. After much consternation and consultation with SF tech support, it was suggested I go into:
Control Panel-Add/Remove Programs
then highlight: Microsoft Internet Explorer
and Internet Tools and click
Add/Remove
@ the dialog box select
Repair Internet Explorer

Once completed, reboot and you should be in business.
I've been back in DSL heaven ever since.
