i'm in shock! from now on acid 3.0 is not sending mc for all pointer position. in acid 2.0 we had in advanced preferences the choice to make acid send mc all the time.HOW COME IT'S NOT THERE ANYMORE?it's making me mad,when i want to record voice in the middle of song it's auto sending me at beginning! grrrr |

Hello, I checked out what you said, and there is no selection there in advanced settings, untill you select your Midi input, output, and Clock send devices, then the setting for send all the time is there in advanced settings. Check it out. See ya, Rockit |

i did what u said but it changed the mtc only i was talking about the midi clock the only possibilities u have in advanced 4 midi clock is only pointer on start and stop i can't work with acid 3.0 for this reason i'm going back to old 2.0 thanks anyway |

I guess I don't understand what the problem is. We no longer send position changes for MIDI Clock on all cursor position changes nor do we always send MIDI Clock while not playing. This changes was caused by the new MIDI playback engine. However, if you are playing/recording from a point other than the start, the song position pointer is sent correctly and any external gear/software slaved to ACID should chase and sync fine. What hardware/software are you having problems with? Peter |
