Is the upgrade price to V2 Pro from Expert V1 the same price as buying the V2 with no upgrade? Looks like it when I click on the links, there's no place to show a cost difference. Does a reduced price show up when you check out? Keep getting $221 when I click on the upgrade price, which is as much or more than the buy outright price. Seems there should be a discount shouldn't there be?

my upgrade price was 119 instead of the 199 for v2.
