Subject:loose vsti gui in acid studio 7

when I move a vsti gui out of the work area and off the screen I then can not bring it back on screen by double clicking the vsti button in the bus area.

Has anyone else had this kind of problem. I often have to reinstall the program to get access to any vsti gui. I think that is what each vsti panel is called -- a gui. I'm now always careful to close the gui and never move it off the screen since I cant then get any vsti gui back on the screen no matter where I click.

Try holding down Ctrl + Shift on your keyboard while launching ACID. Be aware this will reset everything in ACID to defaults.

Watch where you drag windows; don't drag them completely off.

Thanks a lot the second post had the answer, to hold CTRL & Shift down as acid was loading. It wasnt that the window was vanishing, but rather loading blank with no vsti to see. I think this is a common problem with acid 6 because i used to use Acid pro 6 & this whole time i have thought its me not knowing what im doing :(
Thanks again i can now carry on playing around as i head towards my goal to make some killer tunes.
