Hello, please gimme some help:

after change the volume of a file, i tried to save, but the program has opened a window "Error - This page was unable to load", and after a alert "Unable to save to the requested format".

I think it´s a common problem to another users, so please help me.

I haven't seen that one yet, but it sounds like it could be a corrupt installation. Uninstall and then reinstall the program. If that does not fix the problem, please contact us at support@sonicfoundry.com.
