Hi,
I'm wondering if there's a tool to graphically 'draw in' the changes in volume for different points in my .wav file. Does SForge have such a tool? Is there a plug-in I could get which does this?

Are you talking about actually drawing the peaks of the.wav???

Sound Forge actually already contains the functionality you are inquiring about. Try using the Envelope tool under the Effects menu. It should provide the control you need.

Effects->Envelope tool does just what I need. It's great when people have the patience to help out a beginner.
