I really don't wanna buy the SoundBlaster Live Platinum coz it's a consumer card vs. the Audiophile card, which is a pro. Thanx, G.

Also it makes Acid performance better, as far as buffering needed. I would say Go For It!! See ya

The only reason I bought the Delta is I'm runnin a digital in recording device for my guitar, and my output is 5.1 SPDIF Surround Sound 300Watt receiver, Optical input. So the card was just what I needed. The Audiophile is a few bucks more but you will be happy with it for sure. See ya
