Subject:error starting Sound Forge 4.5

i happened to come across sound forge 4.5 demo.
i installed the software and when i tried to start it, i got a blue screen crash saying" a fatal exception error at register 6 .............etc....."

i contacted the sound forge and they were not able to come up with a solution or with a proper explanation..

my system configuration is...

celeron 533, win98(ist edition),128mbram, intel 810 motherboard with onboard graphics and sound, 44 gb hdd, 40x cd,

somebody please help with this..

Have you tried formatting and reinstalling windows??

Most erors like that are windows errors.
