I can't figure out how I can alter voices on Sound Forge. I'm trying to alter a girl's voice to get deeper, like into a guy's voice. Does anyone know how to do that?

The pitch shift function in the effects menu may help. You may not be able to make a woman's voice sound exactly like a man's voice, but you will be able to make the voice lower.

There are plugs that do this sort of thing. You may wish to check for plug-ins that do formant shifting as well as pitch shifting. Auto-Tune might do this.
