Subject:Filter for DJ sets

Hi all,

I'm experimenting with using Sony ACID Pro 7 for studio DJ sets but the filters aren't suitable (eg, the only automatable EQ one is the Sony Track EQ, which isn't very suitable). Anyone recommend any free automatable filters? All I want is the basics - bass, mid, treble faders etc.

Thanks for reading and any tips
Chris

I know that the Mastering Effects Bundle (which contains a mastering EQ) can be used in ACID Pro 7 but, of course, it's only available since it comes with Sound Forge Pro. (Also, it isn't free.)

Thanks for the tip mD.

I was sure I could find something simple and free so persevered with Google etc and found a few options.

The extreme simplicity of the one I ended up with exceeded my expectations, (and sound quality - far better than the Sony Track EQ), is available here: http://www.kvraudio.com/db/djeq_by_david_ross

For anyone else doing this, if this is a little tooo simple, you should be able to find something you like http://www.gersic.com/plugins/index.php?daCat=8 One called parametri-q is good and automatable (and free).
