When I use v2.0, all the tracks were sounding fantastic, even when I used 50 tracks in few songs, sound was still grate, but as soon i brought to Pro3, sound began to crack like a broken record, lost dinamics and averall sound quality dropped. i dont' know why. What I have to do and how tune it, to improve the sound quality, it's can't be that the sound in v2 is so much brighter, leaner and far much better then sound in Pro3? It's should be opposite? What do I miss still can't find the reason. I have Sound Forge 5, but this shouldn't be the soulution for that problem? Please help if someone had thesame problem and find the way to fix it. Reply by: spesimen Date:8/1/2001 10:59:58 AM you just need to fix your tracks after importing them. the mixer settings, bus levels, effects levels, none of them will import the same from 2.0 to 3.0 because they all work completely differently. in some cases defaults like the overall mix volume will be reset to zero, which pretty much will do all of the behavior you are describing on a hot mix. 3.0 does sound better than 2.0, you can't just open an old file and have it sound identical.
