Subject:Break up long live audio into seperate tracks?

I have an hour recording of music ot 13 songs that I would like to burn to disk. What I would like to do is be able to skip from track to track or have it play from beginning to end with no pauses. Do I mark the start of each track as a region or what?
I have marked each track as a region but when I go to burn disk at once it says it is less than 4 seconds long but the recording is 58 minutes.

Can anyone give me some guidance here?

Thanks

Assuming you mean 'Audio CD'.
Search this forum, there is much on this subject that's already been covered.

That said, the key is to create CD tracks from the regions and burn in the "DISC-AT-ONCE" (DAO) mode.
