Subject:AVI Limits with SF XP 4.5. Will not open my avi file completely

I have a problem with SF 4.5 I cannot resolve. I am trying to edit the video on an AVI. file but SF will only open the first 30 mins of the file (and the 1st 30 mins of ALL my AVI. files). I know your SF5.0 Demo will open the entire file. What do I need to do to open the files with SF 4.5? Yes, I have downloaded the latest patch, etc to SF 4.5. My OS is Windows ME.
