I've had a lot of corruption trouble surrounding the Mercalli plug-in. I got frustrated enough that I uninstalled Vegas and Mercalli and reinstalled them, then created a new file and pasted in the pieces of the project I'm working on (now using version 10.0a).
Everything seems to work fine with Mercalli except that each time I process a clip, when I return to it later Mercalli insists it must be reprocessed. If I close Vegas and reopen it, the clip plays fine - once - then the problem recurs.

Update: I see now that this happens not with all clips, just a particular one. However, all the snippets in this section are part of the same original video file, so it's quite odd.
