I just bought the ACID Music Studio 8.0 and was playing around with it so I clicked on the Loop Playback button and now I can't get the bar to go away. Is there any way to remove it completely because I've tried everything I can think of (new projects, looking in Help etc.) and it's just always there? I can turn it off but I want it gone. Thanks in advance. Also, I keep getting an error message when I try to record, it says "Unexpected error" and some other stuff and was wondering if it is caused by the Loop Playback situation. It still lets me record but I have to click on the Arm to Record (not sure if that's exactly what is) button a few times before it allows me to. Press the Loop Playback button again (or hit Q on your keyboard)? The Loop Region will always remain there but will not be in Loop Playback mode. (Instead of the Loop Region being blue, it will be gray.) Other than that, it shouldn't interfere with playback in any way. You have to actually arm a track for recording in order to record. If no track is armed, if I recall correctly, ACID will, by default, insert a new track and arm it automatically and record. Iacobus |

Yeah that's what I did with the Loop Playback mode. It's just wierd that it wasn't there before I clicked the button and now it's there permanently. The error with recording though was happening when I tried to arm the track for recording. I would press the button and it would give me the error, then I'd have to press it again.
