Subject:BPM of Samples Change-Help

I have Acid Music. I download samples with BPM's like 124 , etc. However, when I preview them in Acid's Explorer before I add them to my tracks, their BPM is like 12,300 BPM. Therefore, I can't use them. How do I resolve this please?
