Video Preview Shows Black for Medium Sized Window -ACID Product Family

Subject:Video Preview Shows Black for Medium Sized Window Posted by: Marshall_110 Date:10/1/2010 6:10:34 PM Hello, Strange problem with Acid 7.0e. I have a video track and the Video Preview Preview Window will only show the video if the window is resized to the smaller or larger size. The medium size which is probably 360x240 which is the most useful and the default size only shows black. If I resize the Preview window while the video is playing then the preview works but if I size it back to the medium size it goes back to black. The sound works fine. I've tried to shut off hardware acceleration on my video card but still the same result. Acid 4.0 Pro works just fine with the same video track. Cinescore 1.0 works just fine along with Sony Vegas Pro 8. There is something wrong with Acid 7.0e. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thankyou. Right-click the window and make sure the option, "Display at Media Size," is not checked. (You can enable or disable the other options as it has no effect on the bug.) While the video is playing back or is stopped, resize the window. (If it's small, resize up; if large, resize down.) The playback area simply turns black while on a "medium" setting. Resize to large or small to get the image back (make sure to let go of mouse button after resizing). Iacobus
