Hi, i'm trying to send a signal from an audio track to an external HW effect and after turn it into ACID 7 PRO to record the signal again. The latency to send and capture again the signal is automatically compensated or have i to set something in some part of the software? Thanks Andrea |

Please fill out your system specs in your user profile. There is no special setting for this. You should be using ASIO drivers with the lowest sample frame size that will work for you. ACID uses the reported latency from ASIO drivers to compensate. Peter |

Sorry Peter, i use M-Audio firewire 410 with last driver. So it isn't an addictional latency compensation for the external effect i use and the delay of the analog path of the signal, i.e if i pass it trough an external effect before re-input the signal processed in ACID 7 PRO. Doesn't it cause a delay effect in the returned track? (flanger or comb filter with the original?) thank you Andrea Message last edited on10/3/2010 10:09:17 AM byhdjnim. |
