Sample rate bug in Acid 7 / win 7 -ACID Product Family

I'm using windows 7 home 64-bit, Acid Pro 7 (latest build), and the Mackie Onyx 1620 with firewire card option as my sound card. I record audio at 24-bit, 88.2K. Here's the bug. When I record a take and then choose to delete it (when acid prompts you to choose when you hit stop recording), upon playback the project plays at half speed. It sounds like Acid changes the 88.2K rate to 44.1 for some reason. My work around is to edit the song properties, select a different sample rate, hit apply, select 88.2K again, then hit ok. Now, when I record a take and decide to keep it, this doesn't happen. Has anyone else experienced this? Any solutions? Thanks. ~Quest~
