I can't open Sony Acid Pro 7 anymore. Whenever I double click on the program to open it, it starts loading but then stops when it gets to: "Loading Microsoft.Security.ApplicationId.PolicyManagement.PolicyEngineApi.Interop.Dll".

Then a notice comes up saying "Sony Acid pro 7 has stopped working" "Windows is checking for a solution to the problem etc"

Please help! I need SAP7 for work!

Not sure what's going on there. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling ACID Pro? (Try installing using only the "update"? It acts as the full version provided you have your serial key handy.)

It almost sounds like something on the Microsoft side got borked but can't be sure. (Is .NET properly installed, for example? Try that as well.)

Try resetting ACID.

Hold down shift+ctrl and then start ACID. You will be prompted to reset your preferences.

You default all of ACID's prefs, but this may fix your problem.
