Subject:External MP3 Codec

Could somebody tell me if there's a way to make Sound Forge 5 use an external MP3 Codec, especifically the FHG-Radium one? Or, at least, and at last, how to encode 192kbps STEREO (not Joint Stereo) MP3 files?

Wow I was going to buy Sound forge 5 to get around the same problem with Siren. I think I will use something else. Like "Music Match" to rip my CD's
