Vegas 64 bit how to download?

Yes I know this is way dumb, but I have two computers one 32bit and one 64bit. Are there two versions of Vegas pro or is it only one that runs on both 64 & 32bit.

There are separate 32-bit and 64-bit versions.
Since you've paid for Pro 9, you're eligible to download and install both of them.

The 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Vegas runs on 64-bit Windows. You can install both versions on the same computer. The 32-bit version of Vegas runs on 32-bit Windows.
