Subject:Program freezes when starting up

I am using Sound Forge 4.5h. I have used it on other PC's and it's worked fine, but when I try to use it on a new computer I recently purchased it freezes up when I try to start it. It freezes while showing the Sound Forge banner. I have a ASUS mother board (1.3 ghz) with 256 RAM and a DVD rom and my CDR-RW is a Philips. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Usually this can be fixed by updating your video card drivers from the manufacturer's website. Hope this helps.
