I'm using the Korg nanoKEY keyboard controller. My Acid Music Studio isn't seeing it in the preferences for controllers. Any thoughts?
Thanks!

What do you mean by?

"seeing it in the preferences for controllers"

The Korg nanoKey is a MIDI device, so it will appear in your preferences MIDI page. You enable the input there.

That's exactly what I mean. When I go to the preferences MIDI page it's not listed. I tried starting it with the keyboard attached as well and it's not finding it. I can't figure out why it's not seeing it. Other software before (Reaper and Cubase) both saw it.
Thanks!

IT appears the problem was a bad USB cable of all things. It's weird because it was recognized in other software with the same cable but it must have been luck. I jiggled the wire and that was it. New wire - no probs.

thanks!
