If I add a panning envelope on a track in Vegas 9e and have it set to the Smooth shape, it will cause a loud zipper noise as the audio is played back. The noise goes away if I set the shape to Linear.

The noise is not heard if the track is solo'd, only when played back with other tracks simultaneously.
