There is no program that can do this well. Some try, but there is no way to remove only vocals from a pre-recorded song.

You could TRY this. Many vocals are in the center channel ... so have the vocal parts split evenly between each side. If you invert the tracks and add them back together you MIGHT remove the vocals and leave enough stuff behind to "mess with the beats". There is no device or software that will do a "good" job of this. Even if you could track the vocals with a band reject filter so that as each note was sung you put the filter dead on the vocal pitch it would not work because the harmonics would still get through. You could of course just filter everything using a low pass filter (rejects everything above the cut off) with a steep slope, This might give you enough for you beats as well. BTW This is in general how a "vocal remover" works. (Check out PAIA's web site (have one for sale in kit form ... never tried it however))

Good luck.

Vogone I available from http://www.mtu.com/ will remove center panned vocals. Vogone II is in beta testing and will offer more control of the process.
