Subject:DLS Soft Synth loses settings

I am trying to compose some music using ACID Music Studio 8.0.
The music includes a DLS Soft Synth set to use the Trumpet sound, also the Superwave P8 synthesizer, and the DR-Fusion 2 drum synthesizer.
When I play the song the first time after opening the Music Studio, the Trumpet voice usually works. On subsequent plays the track still displays Trumpet but the voice is Piano 1.
I had other tracks using the DLS Soft Synth but took them out and the problem continues.
The Superwave does have program change keyframe voice changes but not at the same place where the DLS problem occurs.

Can anyone help me?
Thanks

Tried to repro but can't seem to do so (but I'm using ACID Pro 7). Did you try a brand-new project with the DLS Soft Synth all by itself?

Thanks for replying.
It does not happen in new projects with just the DLS Synth, even multiple copies.
It also does not happen when I load my old projects. These only have the DLS Synth.

I think that the problem is solved.
I am new at this so it is probably my fault.
The help document says that Music Studio changes the midi channel when you add a new track. This is not happening.

When I went back and changed each synth/track to a different channel, the problem was solved.
